Boulder Ridge Day Camp operates for 8 weeks out of each summer. We have 2, 4, 6 and 8 week sessions that run from June 30th, 2008 to August 22nd, 2008.  REGISTER ONLINE TODAY!!

All camp sessions run Monday through Friday only, from 9am to 4pm. The session dates are as follows:

* Camp is closed on July 4th. If you choose this session, a $30 credit will be applied to your account.

Discounts

Sibling Discount: Save $25 off per 2 week session for each ADDITIONAL child enrolled per family (household).
Barkhamsted Resident Discount: Save $25 off per 2 week session for each ADDITIONAL child enrolled per family (household). 

Tuitions and fees include costs for all on-camp activities, centralized bus transportation, daily snacks and a camp T-shirt.

*Boulder Ridge Day Camp reserves the right to cancel a session if there are less than 75 campers enrolled. If a session is cancelled, all monies will be fully refunded.

Camp Meal Plan
The camp meal plan is $50 per 2 week session and is optional. Families looking to save money are suggested to send their children to camp with a packed lunch.

Before Care and After Care (Before Care runs 7:30am to 9:00am. After Care runs 4:00pm to 5:30pm.)

The cost of Before Care or After Care is $30 per week for either.

If you select both Before Care and After Care, it is $50 per week.
Parents are responsible for transportation to and/or from camp if they opt to enroll their child in Before Care or After Care.

Deposits

A deposit of $150 per 2-week session is due to register your child. Half of the deposit is non-refundable. With the exception of the non-refundable half of the deposit, tuitions and fees paid are refundable up to April 30, 2008. From May 1, 2008 on, the all deposits are non-refundable. Please see the application for detailed information regarding deposits, cancellations and refunds.
