Boulder Ridge Day Camp will operate for 9
weeks in 2010. We have 2, 4, 6 and 8 week sessions that run from
June
28th, 2010 to August 22st, 2010, plus an additional Specialty Week
9 that runs from August 23rd to August 27th, 2010.
Registration for 2010 sessions opens on January 1st. Register early to ensure
you get the session you want!
All camp sessions run Monday through Friday
only, from 9am to 4pm. The session dates are as follows:

Tuitions and fees include costs for all
on-camp activities, centralized bus transportation, daily snacks and a camp
T-shirt and regularly scheduled field trips. We also provide free towel service for all campers. Campers
will receive a fresh, clean towel every time they use the pool or the
pond.
Discounts
Sibling Discount: Save 5% when 2
or more children are enrolled.
Barkhamsted Resident Discount: Save $25 off your total tuition for
each child enrolled per family (household).
Week 9 Discount: Add Week 9 to
any other session and get $25 off.

Extended Camp Care
Extended camp hours are available for your convenience. During this
time, campers are supervised by counselors and participate in games and
activities. Before Care runs from 7:30am to 8:45 am. After
Care runs from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. The cost of Before Care or After
Care is $30 per week per child for either. If you choose both Before
and After Care, the cost is $50 per week.
Parents who may need occasional Before or After Care can take advantage
of our daily rate of $8 for either.
Parents are responsible for transportation to and/or from camp if they
opt to enroll their child in Extended Care.

Camp Meal Plan
The camp meal plan is $60 per 2 week session and is optional. For more

Deposits
A deposit of $150 per 2-week session is due to register your child.
Half of the deposit is non-refundable. With the exception of the
non-refundable half of the deposit, tuitions and fees paid are
refundable up to April 30, 2010. From May 1, 2010 on, the all deposits are
non-refundable. Please see the application for detailed information
regarding deposits, cancellations and refunds.

A deposit of $75 is required for the Week 9 in addition to the deposit
for any other sessions.
