Before & After Care

is $15 per day.

We offer Before & After Care for our campers. Before Care runs from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. After Care runs from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Before or After Care is $70/week, or $130 a week for both options. Parents are responsible for transportation to/from camp for Before & After Care.

Deposits & Installments

Deposits are $125 per week per child; $100/week completely non-refundable, all non-refundable after 1/31/24.

6 month installment plan begins January 2025, final payment June 1st.

4 month installment plan begins March 2025, final payment June 1st

Discounts Available

Sibling Discount: 5% off per child for more than one camper enrolled in the same family/household.

Barkhamsted Residents: Save $25 per camper who attends 1 – 4 weeks. Save $50 for campers who attend 5 weeks or more.

Referral Credit: Save up to $100 for every new camper you refer to BRDC! Click HERE for more information.

Before & After Care

We offer Before & After Care for our campers. Regular camp hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 4 pm. Before care is 7:30 am – 8:45 am. After care is 4:00 – 5:30 pm. Both Before & After Care are $50/week. As needed or drop-in before and after care will not be offered. Parents are responsible for transportation to/from camp for Before & After Care.
