Need to use before or aftercare for the day? You can call the office and take advantage for just $15 per day.
We offer Before & After Care for our campers. Before Care runs from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. After Care runs from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Before or After Care is $85/week, or $150 a week for both options. Parents are responsible for transportation to/from camp for Before & After Care.
Deposits are $125 per week per child; $100/week completely non-refundable, all non-refundable after 1/31/26.
6 month installment plan begins January 2026, final payment June 1st.
4 month installment plan begins March 2026, final payment June 1st
Sibling Discount: 5% off per child for more than one camper enrolled in the same family/household.
Barkhamsted Residents: Save $25 per camper who attends 1 – 4 weeks. Save $50 for campers who attend 5 weeks or more.
Referral Credit: Save up to $100 for every new camper you refer to BRDC! Referral credits are applied to your camp financials in the fall. Click HERE for more information.
